  • Head Club includes a monthly 90-minute head spa ritual, Skin Club includes a monthly facial, and All Access offers two treatments per month with the flexibility to mix and match.

  • No worries! Your unused monthly membership value rolls over into your Beauty Bank for future eligible treatments.

  • All HELA Club memberships include a 6-month minimum commitment with convenient monthly billing. After the initial commitment, your membership will automatically renew each month until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Gratuity is not included in HELA Club pricing or memberships. Tips are given directly to your service provider after each treatment, including services paid with gift cards or Beauty Bank credits.

  • Your monthly membership treatments are available at participating HELA Skin Club locations only. Any unused monthly membership value rolls over into your Beauty Bank, which can be used toward other services at participating HELA locations. Beauty Bank balances are non-transferable, and all redemptions are charged at regular non-member prices, subject to service availability.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership to enjoy even more treatments and exclusive benefits.

  • Plans change, and we totally understand! Just give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule for free.

    Running late? Let us know! We'll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment will still end at its scheduled time.

    Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will count as one used membership treatment and won't roll over into your Beauty Bank. Thank you for understanding!
